It is important to note that, while I am in-network for these insurance companies, I may not be in-network for every type of policy offered by these companies. I encourage you to check with your insurance company before registering to ensure that I am in-network for your specific policy.

If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance plan, my standard hourly rates will apply. Many health insurance plans will reimburse for “out of network” providers. I can help you to obtain reimbursement. Check your individual insurance plan for details.
